Our e-bike store is at Unit 1, 758 Ann Street, Fortitude Valley.
By bus
In MyTranslink, TripView or Moovit, set your destination as "Zoomo, Ann Street Fortitude Valley". We are about 8 minutes' walk from the nearest stops.
By train
Get off at Fortitude Valley station. The store is a 6 to 8 minute walk.

How much does it cost to rent an e-bike?
Weekly e-bike rental starts from $69 per week, with maintenance included. Choose the plan that fits you:
- Boost: $69/wk, minimum 6 to 8 weeks depending on your city
- Pro: $79/wk, minimum 4 weeks
- Flex: $89/wk, no minimum commitment
Pay $0 deposit when you add Theft Cover, or $100 to $150 without it, depending on your city.
What do I need to rent an e-bike?
Book an appointment online and bring a valid government-issued photo ID, proof of address and a debit or credit card. Our team sets up your e-bike in store and you can start riding the same day.
Do I need to be a delivery rider to rent a Zoomo e-bike?
No. Our e-bikes are designed for delivery riders, but anyone can ride them.
What's included with my e-bike subscription?
Every plan includes 24/7 access to your Zoomo e-bike, safety onboarding, access to the MyZoomo app, a lock and a phone holder. Helmets are not included. Our store team will walk you through the extras of your plan.
Is it legal to use any e-bike for delivery in Australia?
Using an illegal e-bike can result in fines, bike confiscation, or even injuries due to unsafe battery and build quality.
Zoomo e-bikes are 100% legal, compliant with Australian regulations, and purpose-built for delivery riders.
What repairs and maintenance are included?
Routine servicing and wear-and-tear repairs are included at no extra cost. Book them in the MyZoomo app.
How do I return my e-bike, and is there an early exit fee?
Book your return at least 4 business days in advance. Returning without an appointment costs one week's rent. If you return early on a Pro or Boost plan, an early break fee of 50% of your remaining contract applies.

What happens if my e-bike is stolen?
Submit a "Report bike stolen" request in the MyZoomo App, check your e-bike's location in the app and report the theft to the police straight away. A Zoomo representative will contact you as soon as possible. Return any remaining accessories, like the charger and keys.
With Theft Cover, the frame and main battery are covered and you pay up to $400 instead of the full cost of the bike.
Can I buy an e-bike instead of renting?
Yes. Refurbished Zoomo Zero and Sport e-bikes start from $999, and you can pay over time with no interest. Used e-bikes come with a 3-month warranty on key components.
