How do I qualify for the discounts?
You must have an active DoorDash profile in order to qualify for the discounts in this program.
You can sign up to deliver with DoorDash here ahead of your appointment.
Please note: our team will ask to see your DoorDash profile when you pick up your e-bike. Your Photo ID and DoorDash profile must match in order to qualify.

What happens if my bike gets stolen?
Please immediately file a police report and notify Zoomo representatives. We have a team of recovery specialists who will attempt to get your e-bike back using GPS tracking.
