How do I buy my Zoomo e-bike?

Just visit any of our stores during opening hours.

‍Our team will inspect your bike to ensure it’s in perfect condition before handing it over. We’ll then finalize the sale, provide your receipt and warranty, and you’ll be ready to go.

What if something goes wrong? Is there a post-purchase warranty?

Yes, your Zoomo bike includes a warranty covering manufacturing defects.

‍Coverage length varies by component and excludes normal wear and tear. Check our official warranty policy for full details.

What do I do if my e-bike needs repair? Do I get the maintenance and support Zoomo is known for?

Bike repair is available at Zoomo (have to pay as you would in any other normal bike repair shop). Price list should be in published T&Cs.
