I'm an Uber Eats rider — what's different for me?
As an Uber Eats rider, you skip the €330 first payment and start riding right away.
Everything else stays the same: €130/month for 11 months, and at the end you can buy the bike for €100 or return it. Just let us know you ride with Uber Eats when you book.

How does the lease with purchase option work and what’s included?
You lease a Zoomo delivery e-bike for 12 months with monthly payments. At the end of the contract, you choose: buy the bike for €100 or return it.
Your plan includes:
- A Zoomo delivery e-bike (refurbished, fully inspected)
- GPS tracking via the MyZoomo app
- Access to Zoomo support and workshop services

How much does the lease with purchase option cost?
The plan starts with a €330 first payment at contract signature, followed by monthly payments of €130 for 11 months. At the end of the contract, you can buy the bike for €100.
What happens at the end of the 12-month contract?
At the end of the contract, you can either buy the bike for €100 or return it. This allows you to decide whether you want to keep the bike or simply finish the lease.
What condition are the bikes in?
All refurbished Zoomo e-bikes go through a full inspection before being offered. Because they are used bikes, they may show minor cosmetic marks or signs of wear, but this does not affect their performance or reliability.
Is there a warranty on refurbished bikes?
Yes. Refurbished Zoomo e-bikes include a limited warranty covering manufacturing defects in the frame and certain components. The exact duration and coverage are detailed in the purchase agreement.
Normal wear and tear from use is not covered.

What about the warranty after I buy the bike?
Once you buy the bike at the end of the lease, a 12-month legal warranty starts from the purchase date.
It covers manufacturing defects including:
- Frame
- Electronic components (motor, controller, display)
Wear-and-tear parts (tires, brake pads) and damage from normal riding are not covered.

Maintenance is not included by default, but you can add a maintenance package.

Your contract includes theft protection.
If the bike is stolen:

What if I return the bike instead of buying it?
You can return the bike at the end of the lease. It must be in good working condition, allowing for normal wear and tear.
Zoomo will inspect the bike upon return. If there are damages, missing parts, or mechanical issues caused by misuse, repair costs will be charged to the customer.
