    Open the PowerShelter app and locate the nearest locker in Berlin.

  2. 02.Swap your flat battery

Do I need to return my spare battery if I'm currently leasing one?

Yes, once you activate the battery swap service you'll need to return your spare battery to the Zoomo store.

How do I access the swapping service?

Visit the Zoomo store in Berlin for onboarding. You'll then download the PowerShelter app to find and access swap locations across the city.

What do I do if I have trouble when swapping?

Report the issue directly through the PowerShelter app or contact PowerShelter via WhatsApp. You can also reach Zoomo at hello.de@ridezoomo.com.

How much does it cost?

The battery swap add-on is €49 per month, VAT included, with unlimited swaps. No hidden fees, cancel anytime.
