What do I do if my bike needs repair?

Wear and tear maintenance is included in your subscription. Come to your Zoomo store when you need it.

What does my electric bike subscription include?

What are the requirements for renting?

A copy of your photo ID and a copy of proof of address

What if my bike is stolen?

Contact us as soon as possible; there is a possibility of recovering it thanks to the GPS. If you are unable to recover it, we will need you to report the incident to any police station.

How long does the electric bike battery last?

With the electric battery, you can ride for up to 6 hours, depending on how efficiently you ride.
