Required Conditions

To rent our moped, on the day of your appointment, you must present:

  • Minimum Age: +18

    You must be at least 18 to rent and ride an e-moped in the UK.

  • UK Driving Licence Only

    We only accept UK driving licences. International licences are not valid.

  • Full A1, A2 or A Licence

    Ride freely with a full UK motorcycle licence (A1, A2 or A).

  • Provisional Licence + Valid CBT

    You can ride with:

    • A UK Provisional Licence
    • A valid Compulsory Basic Training (CBT) certificate

    Restrictions apply: L plates required, no passengers, no motorways. CBT valid for 2 years. If you have any doubts, contact us

Frequently asked questions

Do I need a Just Eat account to claim this offer?

Yes, you will need to have an active JET account to qulify for the discount - BUT you can get started by using the this JET link to sign up

How much do I pay?

Depending on the rental plan you choose, you'll get £10 off each week, for the first 4 weeks, then the price reverts back to normal.

What happens after my first month?

Your plan simply continues at the standard weekly price — no need to do anything. If you're on the Flex plan, you can cancel anytime. If you're on the Boost plan, your 8-week lease agreement continues at the standard rate.

What do I do if my bike needs repair?

We offer a regular vehicle service for free, once per month! Anything beyond that, and you may need to pay a small amount depending on the damage - we never charge for normal wear and tear!

If you take our Theft & Damage Cover, you'll never have to worry about a BIG repair bill!

What does my electric bike subscription include?

You get a vehicle, a battery and home charger, all our vehicles come with phone holders and a free back box, so you dont have to carry a backpack!

What if my bike is stolen?

No worries! Just let us know straight away and we can get you back on the road on another vehicle straight away!
